zinc plaque (Belgium)

I found this plaque several years ago while shopping a market in Belgium. It’s made of embossed zinc and has a lovely patina.

I tried to research what this was originally used for but no luck – based on the handshake and the arrows, maybe it was part of an archery club (Flemish and French words for Union are written above and below).

It already had the holes punched in the sides so I added twine to make it easier to hang.
