French transferware tall pedestal dish

This gorgeous transferware pedestal dish was found in France and has a pretty slate blue pattern. It has acquired a nice light brown craquelure with age, especially on the top serving portion. It’s a little bit wobbly but still fully functional.

There’s a slightly blurred maker’s mark on the bottom that reads:
