Old silver plate cutlery is so beautiful – even more so when it has a monogram or initials like these beautiful spoons!
Found in Holland, this flatware is marked WMF, which stands for Würtembergische Metallwarenfabrik, and has the ostrich in a horizontal lozenge logo, which means it was produced between 1903 and 1920 (reference: ascasonline.org) All have a beautiful monogram of the letters A, D, and G (or C?) engraved on the bottom of the handle in an Art Nouveau style font.
These are in good shape with some minor tarnishing and some wear-through on the back of the spoons consistent with normal use.
