I love this style of old French photo frames. They date back to the late 1800s and add instant charm to anything you place inside them!
This particular one I found in France. It came empty so I added a piece of handwritten notary paper from the mid-1700s but you can easily slide in a photo if you prefer.
At the top is a lovely brass ribbon that’s so iconic of this style of frames.
It does have a few condition issues so I’ve priced it accordingly. Most notably, the leg in the back is missing (but the ring is still there so you can easily hang it) and the thick beveled glass has been chipped in all four corners. Still a lovely piece to use as decoration.
