French cast-iron soap dish

This cast-iron soap dish from France is the most lovely shade of pink.

It has some small areas of rust where the coating has chipped away it’s still fully functional and includes a drain hole in the bottom so water can’t collect to ‘melt’ the soap. Best of all, it’s footed so it doesn’t have to be hung on the wall, although you certainly can (eyelets in the pretty scrolled detail allow for screws).
