If you're an avid reader of Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine, you likely know exactly what this is: a replica of a kakelugn, a traditional Swedish tile stove. I found this at a local estate sale but recognized it instantly. I have not been able to find any information on the mark on the bottom so I can only assume it was made to be used in a doll house, although it might also have been a candle holder (put a votive inside and watch the flame through the open doors). Regardless of its original use, it now would make a wonderful addition to a Nordic-styled home. It's made of white glazed stoneware with little metal doors that open and close and has a little chain/flue at the top. There's an old small sticker on the back that I assume notes the original price (407,-) SIZE: 2.875" diameter at top x nearly 6.875" tall FREE SHIPPING within the US. This sweet little teapot is from France and still in amazing shape given its age. Small but stout, this little tea pot has most of its gold pin striping still intact. The pretty blue band is a bit faded on the lid but the flowers are still in great shape on both sides of the pot (just the thin gold lines are a bit faded). The handle has a few chips as does the rim (please view photos for details) – signs of authenticity that simply add to its charm! SIZE: 5.5" tall x 3.75" diameter at fattest part 2.5" diameter at base 6.5" from tip of spout to back edge of handle FREE SHIPPING within the US. For international shipping, additional charges apply. If you love the French Nordic style and read Jeanne d'Arc Living magazine, I'm sure you've seen these old ceramic and porcelain cutting boards that are so popular and somewhat hard to find. Over the last year or so, I've gathered up a small collection of them and am happy to be able to offer them for sale here! These are sometimes called onion boards but some folks used them as breakfast plates for sandwiches. They look great displayed with wood cutting boards or ceramic drain plates and as a bonus are fully functional as a cheese board or cutting board! This listing is for one (1) curved creamy white cutting board. This is the only one available and is much newer than the others (estimating from the 1980s but not sure). It has a mark by Villeroy & Boch on the back and is in good used condition, without cracks or chips, showing just a few signs of where on the cutting surface. SIZE: 8.75" tall x 5.5" wide x 0.25" thick FREE SHIPPING within the US. For international shipping, additional charges apply. Please email email@example.com for a shipping quote to your country.
