French moutarde pot
I absolutely adore these old Grey Poupon mustard pots from France! The graphics are so pretty and look great displayed on a shelf with other ironstone.
This jar is overall in good shape but does have a chip and series of cracks on the neck from an impact in the past (see photos).
Has the Digoin & Sarreguemines mark on the bottom as well as a blind stamp.
Based on the rounded lip on the neck, this pot likely dates back to before the 1920s.

antique white onion board
If you love the French Nordic style and read Jeanne d’Arc Living magazine, I’m sure you’ve seen these old ceramic and porcelain cutting boards that are so popular and somewhat hard to find. I try to snap them up whenever they cross my path in Europe.
These are sometimes called onion boards but depending on which country you're in, folks also used them as breakfast plates for sandwiches. They look great displayed with wood cutting boards or ceramic drain plates and as a bonus are fully functional as a cheese board or cutting board. Plus the particular ones here are actually double-sided with either side pretty to show off or use.
This listing is for one (1) rectangular cutting board in plain white – a great style that’s both antique and modern!
The boards show signs of age with browned chips and flea bites along with crazing. Please see photos of the types of chips that are present on all four boards (am showing the worst of it). These are all very similar in terms of signs of age so please let me select one for you.
SIZE: 8″ tall x 4.375″ wide x a bit more than 0.25″ thick
not marked on either side

enamel inhaler (Belgium)
This old-fashioned enamelware inhaler has the most beautiful graphics! Found in Belgium, the top unhooks from the bottom pot and is emblazoned with a large shield insignia that reads "Inhalateur Aseptique" of the brand Phenix.
Overall the piece is in great condition with just a few small chips and spots of rust. The mouth piece is completely intact and could still be used today.
A perfect farmhouse decor piece, especially if you love typography and old graphics.

enamel funnel (France)
Enamelware adds the ultimate farmhouse touch and this little funnel from France would be perfect hanging in a kitchen.
Made from white enamelware, it has some chips that have rusted over time to give it a charming look. The damage is mostly around the rim and tip (please see photos).
It is quite old, likely dating to the late 1800s or early 1900s based on the fact that is has a side seam and a ring to hang (rather than finger hook).

enamel candle holder (France)
Enamelware adds the ultimate farmhouse touch and this old candle holder from France would be perfect in a bedroom or bathroom.
Made from white enamelware, it has plenty of chips that have rusted over time to give it a charming look. The finger hook is still sturdily attached so it is still fully functional as originally intended. Or use it on your nightstand as a ring or jewelry holder or coin catcher.

linen sheet “FP” (France)
There is something so special and decadent about old French linen sheets... especially when they have a gorgeous monogram embroidered on them!
This very heavy sheet is made of pure linen with two hand loomed pieces seamed together in the center of the sheet. The linen itself is a bit greyish from age and use and has a lovely supple drape.
The monogram shows the letters FP, the letters of the first name of the couple whose bed this graced.
Overall, the sheet is in decent condition given its age. There are a few repairs (see photos) and sadly an area of orange spots, presumably rust. I have not tried to remove these and am passing the sheet along in as-found condition.
SIZE: sheet 78.75" x 102.375; monogram 7.875" x 4"

large linen napkin “MW”
Vintage napkins are perfect to use as kitchen towels, and these beauties from Germany are extra special because of their embroidered initials.
Made of a supple linen, they have red stripes in a plaid pattern with a set of five stripes running along all four sides. Each is embroidered with the initials “MW” in red thread and has a cotton loop for hanging. All appear to be machine hemmed with a very thin, rolled edge.
These are in great condition, ready for many additional years of service. All have been laundered and ironed and will get whiter the more you wash them (these appear to have been little or unused).
This listing is for one (1) towel.

monogrammed napkin (France)
These extra large monogrammed napkins are wonderful to use as originally intended but I prefer to use them as tea towels in the kitchen or, better yet, sew them into throw pillows.
Sold individually, each of these napkins are made of white cotton and hand embroidered with red thread. Two have the completed initials ER while two are incomplete and only have the letter R slightly off center, leaving room for the letter E – wonder what happened, why she never finished?
They have been soaked in Oxiclean, washed and ironed, ready for use. Please use the drop down menu to select initials ER or R.
SIZE: 25.5" wide x 29.25" – embroidered letters measure 2" tall

number plaque (Belgium)
These enamel number plaques are one of my favorite things to decorate with! I use them to add a touch of style to an old basket, a box, a drawer – even a wide glass bottle can be dressed up by hanging one of these beauties of its neck.
I found them in Holland but was told they're originally from Belgium, although no one is quite sure of their use. Too small for house numbers and too high in number for apartments, they may have been used in a large post office to mark mail cubbies or in very large church or stadium on the backs of seats.
Since I have many different numbers, please allow me to choose for you. If you spot a specific number, please email info@attic-antics.com prior to purchase to see if it still available.

ceramic milk pitcher (no. 5)
These types of milk pitchers are quintessential European and a must-have for anyone who loves the French Nordic look!
This is a small size pitcher and has the most pronounced ridged bands typical for this slightly tapered design. It's in excellent condition with just a tiny little chip along one of the bands and some browning inside on the bottom (see photos).
Marked Boch Frères La Louvière and made in Belgium. Has a handwritten mark on the bottom as well, possibly not original to the pitcher.
